Warranty Policy

Every product we sell is 100% genuine and covered by either an official brand warranty or a NextGen shop warranty, stated at the time of purchase.

• Official warranty: claims are handled by the brand's authorized service center; we'll guide you through the process.
• Shop warranty: bring the product to our shop at Level 5, Shop 16/A, Theme Omor Plaza, Rajshahi with the receipt; we repair or replace per the warranty terms.
