Delivery

We deliver everywhere in Bangladesh, cash on delivery.

• Inside Rajshahi: ৳60 — delivery in 1–2 days.
• Rest of Bangladesh: ৳120 — delivery in 2–4 days.

We call to confirm every order before dispatch. You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives.

Check before you pay

You may inspect the product in front of the delivery person before paying. If the product is damaged or not what you ordered, refuse the delivery — you pay nothing.

Returns & replacement

If a product has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement. The product must be returned complete — box, accessories and warranty papers included. Physical damage after delivery is not covered.
